Everything you need to run a tournament from start to finish

Open the Competitions page

From the home screen, tap the Competitions button to view all your tournaments.

Tap "Create Competition"

This opens the setup form where you define the basics of your tournament.

Enter a name and date

Give your competition a recognisable name (e.g. "Summer Open 2026") and set the date and kick-off time.

Choose a format

Select Round Robin for group stages with qualifiers, or Knockout for a straight single-elimination bracket.

Set an admin password

This password is required to access the admin portal from any device. Choose something you can share with trusted officials.

Tap Create

Your competition is saved and you are taken straight to the admin portal to continue setup.

Top Tips

  • Register all scorer devices before starting the group stage — they auto-assign on start.
  • Save your settings before generating any draws — changing settings after requires a full reset.
  • Keep the admin password handy — you need it to access the admin portal from any new device.
  • Review the knockout draft before publishing — once published, games push to scorer devices immediately.
  • Use the "All Live Games View" on a TV or projector so players can follow matches in real time.
  • If a board finishes early, reassign waiting matches to it using the device dropdown — keep every board busy to speed up the whole competition.
